Return & Refund Policy

At Jain Sangam, we take pride in offering high-quality masalas, salts, herbs, and traditional ingredients that reflect the purity and flavor of Indian kitchens. Your satisfaction is very important to us.

Returns

As our products fall under the category of food items, we do not accept returns once the package is opened or used. However, we do accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product delivered is damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect
  • The return request must be initiated within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • The product is unopened, in its original packaging, and not used in any way

To initiate a return, please email or WhatsApp us with:

  • Order ID
  • Product name
  • Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging

Our team will review your request and assist with the next steps.

Return Process

  • If your return request is approved, the replacement process will be initiated within 2-3 business days.
  • Once the replacement is dispatched, it is expected to be delivered within 4-7 business days.

Refunds

Refunds are provided in the following cases:

  • Order was cancelled before dispatch
  • Product is unavailable or out of stock
  • Product was damaged or incorrect, and a replacement is not possible

If any refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.


Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once the shipment is out for delivery, cancellations are not permitted.
