Delivery availability depends on product size, category, and local courier service coverage.
If you are located in a remote or restricted area, kindly contact our team to confirm delivery feasibility.


2. Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping charges may apply based on your product’s size, weight, quantity, and destination.
  • Any applicable charges will be clearly shown at the time of checkout.
  • Bulky or fragile items may attract additional handling or transport charges, which will be communicated beforehand.

3. Delivery Timelines

  • We aim to dispatch in-stock products within 1–3 business days of order confirmation.
  • Delivery timelines typically range from 2 to 7 business days, depending on your location and courier partner.
  • In case of custom requests or temporary stockouts, additional time may be required, and customers will be informed accordingly.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will send a tracking ID and courier details via SMS, email, or WhatsApp (as per your selected mode of communication).
You can track the delivery status using the provided link or courier service portal.


5. Delivery Attempts

  • Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver your order up to two times.
  • If the delivery fails due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept, the package may be returned to us.
  • Re-delivery in such cases will be chargeable.

6. Inspection at the Time of Delivery

Customers are requested to inspect the parcel at the time of delivery.
If the outer packaging is damaged, tampered with, or open, please do not accept the delivery and notify us immediately for resolution.


7. Delays & Exceptions

Although we make every effort to ensure on-time delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • Public holidays, natural calamities, or emergency situations
  • Courier access limitations in remote or high-risk areas
